Job Title: Full-Time ESL Teacher
Location: Huber Heights, OH
Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours/week
Work Setting: Onsite Only

Position Overview:

Our partner school in Huber Heights, OH is seeking a dedicated and qualified ESL Teacher to join our elementary team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite role working with K–6 English Learners to support language acquisition and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ESL instruction to students in grades K–6 based on English Language Proficiency standards
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' language development levels
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support language objectives across content areas
• Monitor and document student progress
• Participate in student support meetings and contribute to the development of instructional plans
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for English learners

Qualifications:

• Valid TESOL Endorsement – Required
• Must hold (or be eligible for) appropriate Ohio teaching licensure
• Must complete or have completed FBI and BCI background checks
• Bilingualism is not required, but a strong understanding of language development and cultural responsiveness is essential
