Licensed Practical Nurse
Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and qualified LPN to provide nursing support for Extended School Year (ESY) services, with a possibility of transitioning into the normal school year (NSY), though not yet confirmed. This onsite position will support students with medical needs.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to students during ESY

Monitor and support students’ health needs throughout the school day

Collaborate with school staff and parents regarding student care

Assist with medication administration and other nursing duties as needed

Ensure a safe and supportive environment for students
Qualifications:

Active LPN license required
-
Experience working in school-based or pediatric nursing preferred
-
Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Must be able to complete all required clearances and background checks
