Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – School-Based Position

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one support for a 9-year-old male student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and G-tube needs in a K-12 school setting. This role requires assisting the student both on the bus to and from school and throughout the school day to ensure their safety and well-being.

Job Details:

• Bus Support: LPN will board the bus at the bus garage at 6:30 AM and return around 3:30 PM or later, depending on traffic.
• Daily Assistance: Support student with G-tube care and daily needs in the classroom and school environment.
• Mild/Moderate Needs: Assist in ensuring a safe and structured learning experience.

Requirements:

? Active LPN License in Pennsylvania (Non-negotiable)
? Experience with G-tube feeding and working with children with ASD is preferred
? Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
