Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position in School Setting

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Tampa, FL area. We are seeking compassionate and skilled nursing professionals to provide essential healthcare services to students and support their well-being in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct healthcare services to students, including administering medication and first aid.
• Monitor and manage students with chronic conditions, ensuring individualized care plans are followed.
• Assist with health screenings, immunization compliance, and health education initiatives.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student wellness.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality of student information.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in Florida.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
