K-5th Grade Occupational Therapist Job for 2025-2026 School Year
Blazer Jobs is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based role in Enumclaw, WA for the 2025–2026 school year. If you’re passionate about student development and want to work in a supportive school environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Duties:

Conduct OT assessments and implement therapy plans

Provide direct services and consultations for students with disabilities

Track progress and report outcomes to the educational team
Required Credentials:
-
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Valid Washington State OT License (Department of Health – DOH)
-
NBCOT Certification
-
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a school or clinical pediatric setting
