We are seeking a passionate and skilled School Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2025–2026 school year in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to support students across K–12 grades, helping them access education through meaningful, functional interventions.

Position Overview:

  • Location: Virginia Beach, VA

  • Caseload: K–12

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

  • Start Date: 2025–2026 School Year

  • Pay: $40+/hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ needs and develop effective treatment plans

  • Deliver therapy services aligned with IEP goals

  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school/district requirements

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Support students in developing fine motor, self-care, and sensory processing skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Active OT License in Virginia

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
