Paraprofessional – 1:1 Elementary Behavior Support
Location: Louisiana
Dates: ASAP – 5/23/25
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (8:15 AM – 3:20 PM)
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 behavior support to elementary students in a school setting. This role is ideal for individuals with prior school experience who are passionate about making a difference in students' lives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to assigned students with behavioral needs.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies under teacher and specialist guidance.
- Foster a positive and structured learning environment.
- Assist with classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with behavioral needs preferred.
- Prior school experience is a plus.
