Paraprofessional – 1:1 Support (Grades K-5)
? Location: New Hampshire
? Hours: 32.5 hrs/week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to provide 1:1 support for a 3rd-grade student with behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with students in preschool through 5th grade and a background in behavioral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized assistance to a 3rd-grade student with behavioral needs.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to support the student’s success.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and specialists to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain a structured and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with classroom activities, social-emotional development, and academic tasks.

Qualifications:

? Previous experience in a school setting (Preschool – 5th grade preferred).
? Experience supporting students with behavioral needs.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
