Location: Malibu, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week
Pay: $25/hour

This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs in a dynamic and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with special needs in both general and special education classrooms

• Assist with academic tasks, behavior interventions, and daily routines

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups under the guidance of licensed special education staff

• Help students with personal care needs, including toileting or diapering, if required

• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and school personnel to implement IEP goals

• Maintain a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience working with K-12 special education students

• Strong background in behavior support strategies

• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute

• Comfortable with 1:1 student support and personal care assistance

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
