BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Speech Facilitator to support a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school-based setting. This full-time paraprofessional role offers an excellent opportunity to assist students in their communication development while working closely with a virtual SLP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for students receiving virtual speech therapy services.
• Assist the Virtual SLP in implementing therapy plans and exercises.
• Ensure students are engaged and participating in sessions.
• Set up and manage technology for virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with the SLP and school staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a school setting or with special education preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while following SLP directives.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual learning.
