Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time, school-based position in Arcadia, Louisiana for the 2025–2026 school year. This role provides the opportunity to support students' physical development and mobility goals in an educational environment while collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students in accordance with IEP goals

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families

• Document progress and maintain accurate therapy records

• Support students in improving functional mobility, gross motor skills, and access to educational activities

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana Physical Therapist license (required)

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to work independently across multiple student needs
