School Registered Nurse (RN) 1-on-1 High School Caseload

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a dedicated school district in Denton, TX, to hire a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, onsite opportunity for both the current school year and the upcoming school year.

This role offers a 1:1 caseload with a high school student and requires a nurse with prior experience in trach care, oral suctioning, and peg tube feedings. If you are passionate about student health, collaborative support, and meaningful impact—this opportunity is for you.

Position Details:

• Location: Denton, TX

• Schedule: Full-time, onsite

• Caseload: 1:1 with High School student

• Pay Rate: $33–$36/hour (based on experience)

• Contract: Current and upcoming school year (renewal based on performance and district needs)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 care for student with specialized medical needs

• Perform and monitor trach care, oral suctioning, and PEG tube feedings

• Maintain detailed documentation of student’s medical needs and care plans

• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure safety and communication

• Respond quickly to medical needs and emergencies during school hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas

• Previous experience with trach care, suctioning, and peg tube feeding

• Ability to work onsite full-time

• School-based nursing experience is a plus
