Registered Nurse (RN) School Based Kansas City, KS

Blazer Jobs is now hiring experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join Kansas City public schools for the upcoming academic year, running from July 31, 2025, through May 22, 2026. We are filling both full-time and part-time onsite positions across elementary, middle, and high school campuses, with immediate interview scheduling available.

As a school nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting student health, managing care plans, responding to emergencies, and helping create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering routine and emergency health care to students during school hours

• Administering medications and managing students with chronic health conditions

• Maintaining accurate health records and ensuring compliance with state and district protocols

• Communicating with families, staff, and administrators about student health needs

• Promoting health education and wellness across campus

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Prior experience with school-aged children preferred, but not required
