Applicant Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet all local and state licensing and certification requirements, including:

• Possession of a valid Indiana Department of Education license or certification as a School Psychologist.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Strong knowledge of federal and state special education laws, including IDEA, Section 504, and ADA.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized intervention plans and IEPs.

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students.

• Monitor student progress and recommend adjustments to interventions as needed.

• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

• Maintain detailed records and participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
