Contract Dates: August 12, 2025 – May 28, 2026

Position Overview

Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed and experienced Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to join a school district in Sugar Land, TX for the 2025–2026 school year. The LSSP will perform a full range of psychoeducational services including comprehensive assessments, data interpretation, and consultation to support students' academic and behavioral success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational and achievement assessments in compliance with Texas state guidelines

• Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed reports

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate intervention plans

• Provide consultation and support related to student learning, behavior, and mental health

• Maintain compliance with licensure standards and district policies

• Support eligibility and re-evaluation processes

Qualifications

• Active Texas LSSP license (required)

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology or related field

• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting data

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
