Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) Positions- Now Hiring - Full Time

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of our trusted school district partners in Alvin, TX for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time, school-based contract position with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.

Starting Pay Rate:
Starting at $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Texas SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students

• Provide direct therapy services

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain proper documentation

• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
