Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Contract Role
Location: Columbus, NE

Blazer Jobs is partnering with local school districts in Columbus, NE to fill full-time, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions. This is a contract opportunity for qualified professionals passionate about supporting students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

  • Valid Nebraska SLP license issued by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services

  • Teaching Certificate with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement from the Nebraska Department of Education

  • ASHA CCC preferred

  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Typical Duties Include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations

  • Developing and implementing IEPs

  • Providing direct speech and language therapy

  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff

  • Maintaining detailed records and progress reports
