Blazer Jobs is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our trusted school district partners in Elgin, IL for the upcoming 2025–2026 academic year. This is a full-time, school-based contract position with strong potential for renewal based on performance and district needs.

Starting Pay Rate:
Starting at $55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Illinois SLP license

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English strongly preferred)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Prior school-based experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to bilingual students in both English and Spanish

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for culturally and linguistically diverse populations

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
