We are seeking a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Elgin, Illinois for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving a K–12 caseload, offering a starting pay of $48+/hour, depending on experience.

Position Overview:

• Location: Elgin, IL

• Caseload: K–12 students

• Setting: Onsite, school-based

• Start Date: August 2025

• Schedule: Full-time

• Compensation: $48+/hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs

• Provide direct speech-language services across a diverse student population

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Illinois SLP license

• ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered

• Previous school-based experience is a plus
