Typical Job Duties:

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student success.

• Maintain accurate and timely records, including documentation of progress.

• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress toward IEP goals.

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.

Education and Licensure Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Valid Florida state license or eligibility for licensure before start date.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred.

• Knowledge of IDEA, ADA, and state education requirements.

• Clinical experience in a school-based setting preferred.
