Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team of professionals serving local school districts in the Pike Road, AL area. This full-time position offers an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students while growing your career.

Requirements to Apply:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Alabama SLP License

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred)

• Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs

• Provide therapy services to students with speech/language impairments

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state guidelines
