Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position in collaboration with school districts in the Plymouth, MN area. We are seeking dedicated professionals ready to make a meaningful impact in students’ lives through exceptional speech and language support.

Position Requirements
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet all local and state certification requirements for school-based Speech Language Pathologists in Minnesota:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution

  • Possess a valid Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) License as a Speech Language Pathologist

  • Maintain an active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under supervision

  • Successfully complete and pass required criminal background checks and fingerprinting

  • Must have prior experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting

Typical Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility for services

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams

  • Track student progress and document therapy sessions

  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and parent conferences

  • Support communication needs across academic settings to improve educational outcomes
