Blazer Jobs is seeking a licensed and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join a school district in Ridgecrest, CA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite contract position working in an elementary school setting.

The ideal candidate will bring school-based experience and a passion for working with students who have a variety of communication needs.

Position Details:

• Location: Ridgecrest, CA

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Contract Dates: August 7, 2025 – May 28, 2026

• Setting: Elementary school

• Delivery: Onsite only

• Previous school experience preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license

• Must meet all state and local requirements for school-based services

• Strongly prefer candidates with experience in special education and collaboration with families

Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed

• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student outcomes

• Attend IEP and team meetings

• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
