Blazer Jobs is currently partnering with public school districts in the San Francisco Bay Area to hire a passionate, credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. Expect a collaborative experience with regular check-ins, help with licensure, and support navigating IEPs, service delivery, and caseload management.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California SLP license (or eligibility in process)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
Able to pass required background checks under California law
Location: San Francisco and nearby public school districts
Schedule: Full-time, following the standard academic calendar
Contract Type: W-2 employee for the 2025–2026 school year
Pay: Competitive hourly rate with weekly direct deposits
Continuation: Strong potential for contract renewal based on performance and district needs

Mentorship and support throughout your assignment
As a school-based SLP, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders. You’ll collaborate with special educators, general ed teachers, and families to develop effective IEP goals, track progress, and help students build the communication skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
