We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a dynamic school-based team in Cary, North Carolina. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting students across K-12 grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to students as directed by a licensed SLP

  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

  • Document student progress and maintain accurate session notes

  • Prepare therapy materials and maintain a well-organized therapy space

  • Support communication between the SLP, staff, and families

  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to student support teams as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

  • Valid SLPA license in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to obtain

  • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills

  • Ability to follow guidance from supervising SLP and support student development
