Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Chester, PA, to fill two full-time, onsite Science Teacher positions for the current school year. These are immediate openings with start dates ASAP and end dates June 13, 2025. We are looking for passionate educators to fill the following roles:

• Chemistry Teacher
• Biology Teacher

Position Details:

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 13, 2025
• Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates mastery of subject matter (Chemistry or Biology), instructional skills, and resource materials for the course(s) taught.
• Creates lesson plans aligned with state and district standards, using formative assessment and differentiation to drive instruction.
• Maintains strong classroom and behavioral management skills.
• Experience in urban settings preferred.

Qualifications:

• Active PA Certification required.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree to receive an emergency teaching permit.
• Must be able to complete all PA clearances.
• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills are essential.
• Must have school experience.

Renewal for the following school year is based on performance and district needs.
