Seeking a School Social Worker Needed East of Seattle, WA

We're looking for a passionate School Social Worker to join our team and make a positive impact on our students’ well-being and success. The ideal candidate will provide support to students, families, and staff, fostering a nurturing school environment and addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of our students. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions. 

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. 

• Provide crisis intervention and support. 

• Connect families with community resources and services. 

• Develop and lead programs to enhance social and emotional learning. 

Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in School Social Work (MSW) or related field. 

• WA State licensure as a School Social Worker. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
