Seeking an Experienced Paraprofessional (Para) for an Opening in St Paul, MN

We are seeking an experienced school paraprofessional to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with students and educators to implement behavior intervention plans and support the learning environment. Pay rate for this position is $21+/hr. depending on education and experience.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement behavior intervention plans in the classroom setting. 

• Provide one-on-one support to students in a special education classroom. 

• Collect and document data on student behavior and progress. 

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student needs. 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma and Valid Paraprofessional Certification

• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff 

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
