SLP: Newtown Square, PA (Full-Time)

35 hours per week
Hours: 7:25AM to 3:15PM daily
On-Site

Responsibilities:

  • Caseload: Middle school/High School
  • Position would include speech therapies as well as testing. Students range from Primary Disability of Speech to Autistic/Life Skills Support students. SLP may be asked to assist in another building depending on caseloads.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders in pediatric clients.
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and educators to support carryover of therapeutic strategies.

Requirements:

  • Clearance must be updated within a year.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with early intervention services and school-based settings.
  • Knowledge of assistive technology and alternative communication methods for children.
  • Enthusiasm for creating engaging and effective therapy environments.
