SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) Needed - Thomasville, NC
Location: Thomasville, NC
Dates: ASAP - End of School Year (EOSY)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday
Grades: Pre-K - 12th
Caseload Size: 60 students
Locations: 2-4 school sites
Requirements:
- NC Licensed SLP (No SLP-CFs or SLPAs at this time)
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- NC Department of Public Instruction "G License"
- Experience with Medicaid billing and ECATS software
Role Overview:
The SLP will assist students with special communicative needs in areas such as articulation, language, voice, and fluency, coordinating services with educational staff and families. Responsibilities include screening, testing, diagnosing, creating IEPs, managing therapy, and maintaining Medicaid billing documentation.
