SLPA Job for School-Based Speech Therapy
Blazer Jobs is looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work with a local school district in Needham, MA. This is a great opportunity to support students with communication challenges and be part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech therapy interventions under the supervision of an SLP
- Work with students individually or in groups to target specific speech and language goals
- Track and report on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ communication needs
Requirements:
- Active SLPA license in Massachusetts
- AAC device and IEP experience necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience working in schools is preferred
