SLPA Job for Student Speech and Language Services
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work with a local school district in Columbus, GA. This role is perfect for an SLPA who is passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with speech therapy sessions as directed by the supervising SLP
- Work one-on-one or in groups with students to improve their speech and language skills
- Document student progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure students’ success
Requirements:
- SLPA license in Georgia
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable
