Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to support their communication skills.
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and other support staff to address the speech and language needs of students.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
• Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
