Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist – Dudley, MA

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time position with school districts in Dudley, Massachusetts. We are seeking a dedicated professional to support students with communication disorders, helping them achieve academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support.
  • Educate school staff on strategies to support students with speech and language challenges.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Massachusetts license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding special education.
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and students.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
