Social Worker: Crystal Lake, IL

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School-Based Social Worker to join our team at an elementary school in Crystal Lake, IL. 

The School Social Worker will provide essential support to students by addressing their social, emotional, and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in educational settings, strong counseling skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and supportive school environment. This role involves working closely with students, families, and school staff to develop and implement strategies that promote student success and well-being.

• Full Time
• 2024 - 2025 School Year
• Caseload: Elementary, K - 5th grade
• Social Worker will be supporting a self contained cross categorical position.
• Caseload will be split with another Social Worker/Counselor.
• Caseload details will be provided on the virtual interview.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Social Work 
• Active State SW License or State Counselor License
• PEL
