School Social Worker (Full-Time or Part-Time) - Mount Prospect, Illinois

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking an experienced School Social Worker for a full-time or part-time contract position in Mount Prospect, Illinois. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and support to students dealing with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized plans that support students' well-being and academic success.
• Conduct assessments and create interventions to address student needs.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations in the provision of services.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• Current Illinois School Social Worker certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
