Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), hold an active Louisiana School Social Worker (SSW) certification, and must have experience as a school social worker. 

Applicants that do not meet the outlined requirements will not be considered for this role.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Certification: Valid Louisiana School Social Worker (SSW) certification 
• Experience: Previous experience as a school social worker
• Compliance: Must meet all local and state requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional support services to students
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address student needs
• Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Maintain documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
