Spanish Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician | Houston, TX

Location: Aldine, TX (25 minute drive from Houston, TX)
Position Type: Full-Time (On-site Only)
Dates: ASAP – May 23, 2025
Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Description:
We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support teachers in an STC (Structured Teaching Classroom) in Aldine, just 25 minutes from Houston. The RBT will assist in managing and addressing a range of student behaviors within the classroom. Specific details about the caseload and student behaviors will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviors in a structured teaching environment
• Support students in following behavior plans and improving classroom behavior
• Work collaboratively with the educational team to promote positive student outcomes
• Provide one-on-one and small group support as needed

Qualifications:

• Active or inactive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Experience working in a classroom setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and behavior management skills

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $25+
