School Behavior Technician – Full-Time

Location: Oroville, CA
Setting: Special Education
Pay Rate: $25 - $29 per hour

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated School Behavior Technician to join a Special Education team in Oroville, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with students with behavioral needs, supporting their growth and success in an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support to students in a Special Education setting
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Behavior Analyst or special education team
• Monitor and track student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
• Help students develop social skills, emotional regulation, and positive behaviors
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students in a behavioral or special education setting
• Strong understanding of behavior management techniques
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
