Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Paraprofessionals for a full-time role with school districts in the South Saint Paul, MN area. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting students and contributing to their educational success in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in individual and group settings.
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Help maintain classroom order and promote a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs by assisting with daily activities and ensuring that all accommodations are met.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student progress.
• Keep accurate records of student progress and provide feedback as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some districts may require paraprofessional certification or relevant experience).
• Previous experience working with children in an educational environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to the success of students.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
