Special Education Teacher Contract Job - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in small groups or one-on-one settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the success of each student.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid state certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities in a school setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
