Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique learning needs.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success and progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies for student success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Special Education Teacher.
• Must meet all federal and state certification and licensing requirements.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
• A commitment to helping students reach their full potential in a supportive and structured environment.
