Position: Special Education (SPED) Teacher

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of educational settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure each student’s success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to meet IEP goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop educational goals and strategies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Special Education Teacher.
- Must meet all federal and state certification and licensing requirements for special education.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for helping students with special needs thrive academically and personally.
