Special Education Teacher Contract Position - Full Time

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers for a full-time role with school districts in the Goffstown, NH area. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to support diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to parents and school staff.
• Employ strategies to manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Advocate for the needs of students with disabilities and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
• State certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for making a difference in students’ lives.
