Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs.
• Provide direct instruction in academic, social, and life skills in both individual and group settings.

• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to student performance and IEP goals.
• Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment that encourages student growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification in Illinois.
• Previous experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
