• 7th Grade Cross-Categorical Classroom
• Approx. 15 students (one student with an individual assistant)

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in Mt. Carmel, IL, for the upcoming school year. This role focuses on a 7th-grade cross-categorical classroom with a caseload of about 15 students. You will work in a supportive environment with one student who has an individual assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for 7th-grade students.
• Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to instructional strategies.
