Our team is looking for a Special Education Teacher for a school district in Front Royal, Virginia to support students with disabilities and unique learning needs. They will asses students' individual abilities and challenges, developing and implementing personalized education plans (IEPs) to address their specific requirements. They will adapt and modify curriculum materials and teaching strategies to provide tailored instruction that aligns with students' diverse learning styles and abilities. They also collaborate closely with other educators, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. They will continuously monitor students' progress, adjusting their teaching methods and interventions to facilitate growth and ensure that students with disabilities have equitable access to education.

This candidate will need to have a bachelors degree, as well as an active state Special Education Teaching License. The ideal candidate will have had experience working in a special education classroom.
