Job Title: Special Education Teacher

Position Type: Full-Time (32.5 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education
• Valid Michigan Special Education License
• Experience with IEP development and case management

Job Details:

• Onsite Position in Dearborn, MI
• Full-Time Schedule (32.5 hours/week)
• Spring 2025 Semester
• Elementary School Caseload
• Direct instruction and case management for students with special needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to meet student needs
• Design and provide individual and group instruction aligned with general education
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to elementary students with special education needs
• Create and implement IEPs to ensure educational goals are met
• Collaborate with staff to provide tailored support for students
• Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Document and report on student performance and goals
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and effective learning environment
