Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Special Education Teachers (SPED) for a full-time role with school districts in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in various subjects, ensuring progress toward IEP goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and prepare necessary reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a Special Education Teacher.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
