Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students in a self-contained setting.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, making adjustments to instructional strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Valid Alabama Professional Certificate.
- Must meet Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) federal and state requirements or be willing to fulfill these requirements.
